At this time, we do not process insurance directly, as most providers do not cover medical weight loss services. However, we are happy to provide detailed invoices should you wish to seek reimbursement through your insurance

All of our offices accept payment via cash, credit and debit cards, FSA and HSA cards, as well as Zelle. Please note that we do not accept checks, and payment in full is required at the time of service.
